​Cori, our Hospice Care Coordinator, is in the office for reception and phone hours:

Monday-Friday 8-5 *the reception office is closed for lunch between 11:30-12:30*

*Our office is closed on Saturdays*

Regular Appointment Hours:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday 8am-5pm (last appointment scheduled by 4pm unless special arrangements)

Saturday *closed; limited availability with prior notice*

*Dr. Bennett is out of the office on Tuesdays*

*Messages left after 5 pm M-T will be returned the next business day; Messages left after 5 pm on Friday will be returned on Monday*

*Emergencies during hours are seen on a case by case basis as able and we will always do our very best to accommodate all families with specific scheduling needs. Additional fees will apply*
